With it's
ultraviolet open sign
do you
think the flower notices
when the
fat furry body of the bee
rubs
itself along the stamen or
pistil, is
there an ache growing
exquisite,
an involuntary shudder
of release
and receiving. A small
body
swelling and a little death
to prod
the potential for new life
.
